The judge has not yet granted final approval of the settlement. Notice letters have gone out today to class members, explaining the settlement and informing them of a fairness hearing on January 22, 2013. At the hearing, class members will have an opportunity to submit comments to the judge.  Class members may attend the hearing, if they want, but they are not required to do so.  After the hearing, the judge will decide whether to grant final approval of the settlement.
