Wiley Rein LLP and the American Civil Liberties Union of Maryland submitted an amicus brief on behalf of the Public Justice Center and the Washington Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights and Urban Affairs to the Supreme Court of Maryland seeking accountability under the U.S. Constitution for an unlawful police shooting in support of the petitioner in Cunningham v. Baltimore County, case number CSA-REG-0378-2022.
