The Washington Lawyers’ Committee and Ropes & Gray filed a lawsuit on July 31, 2019 demanding that Stokes PCS abide by the U.S. Constitution and lift a five year barring notice issued against a parent at the school that prevented her from going on to campus .  The parties settled the complaint in November 2019.  You can read the complaint here.
