Stephanie Miner joined the Committee in May 2022 as a visiting attorney from Willkie Farr & Gallagher where she is a senior associate in the Litigation Department.
At Willkie, she represented companies and individuals in complex commercial litigation at the trial and appellate level as well as in government investigations and enforcement matters. She also maintained an active pro bono practice representing incarcerated individuals in a variety of civil and criminal matters.
Stephanie graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2015. While in law school, she participated in the Appellate Post-Conviction & Advocacy Clinic representing individuals appeal their criminal convictions in Maryland. She also interned at the Federal Public Defender’s Office in Baltimore.
Stephanie obtained a B.A. in Journalism and Spanish Linguistics from Temple University. While in undergrad, she interned at the Lewisburg Prison Project, a non-profit organization that works in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Institutional Law Project to provide civil legal assistance to incarcerated individuals.
