Raymond Dodd joined WLC in June 2021 after serving 25 years of incarceration for crimes he was convicted of as a juvenile. Prior to his release, he litigated civil, administrative, and criminal claims in U.S Federal Courts, Superior Court for District of Columbia, and State of Maryland Circuit Courts. Raymond recently was an undergrad student at Georgetown University. Where he was a cohort of the McDonough School of Business Pivot Program as well as GU’s Prison & Justice Initiative. Raymond also attended Ashland University where he studied Communication. A member of Free Minds Book Club, Campaign For Fair Sentencing of Youth, and Progressive Maryland he continues to champion social justice and education equality. Most notable, Raymond lent his testimony in Kim Kardashian West’s ” The Justice Project” documentary and Howard University Inside/Out program with Nick Cannon.
