Megan Luckenbaugh joined the Washington Lawyers’ Committee in May 2018. Starting as a Grants Associate and now the Development Manager, she has helped to execute record-breaking fundraising campaigns and events, manage successful Branton Awards Luncheons, and grow our grants and communications portfolios.

Before working at WLC, Megan graduated from Gettysburg College with a degree in sociology and political science. She always knew that she wanted to work in nonprofits after years of volunteering with people who are unhoused in DC. While studying at Gettysburg College, she developed a passion for racial justice issues and is proud to work for an organization dedicated to civil rights and systemic change.
