Han Le joined the Washington Lawyers’ Committee in 2023 as the Development Associate, supporting both the Development and Communications teams in fundraising and public relations efforts. They had graduated from Minerva University with a dual B.S. and B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. Prior to joining the Committee, they had worked with various LGBTQ+ advocacy spaces and organizations, such as San Francisco Pride and the LGBTQI+ Victory Institute.
