On Wednesday, May 1, 2024, the Washington Lawyers’ Committee and the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association hosted a discussion on the latest victory for workers’ rights in the Supreme Court, Muldrow v. City of St. Louis (decided on April 17), holding that an employee challenging a job transfer need only show some (rather than significant) harm.

Hannah Mullen, Associate Counsel at the Washington Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights, spoke with Brian Wolfman, Director of the Appellate Courts Immersion Clinic at Georgetown Law.
